The Horse Boutique has a number of items in stock at the shop in Kingsland, Herefordshire. Items that we don’t have at the shop we will order directly from the supplier, giving us the flexibility to offer a large range of items from a selection of top brands. This means that is can take longer to receive your products. We will receive your order in store, we will then secure the products and only then take the payment from your card. If there are any issues we will contact you.
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days of and we will refund the purchase price.

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any non returnable items will be identified as such on the product pages.

- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or incorrect orders.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Refunds and Balances Due
As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10-15 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact The Horse Boutique for assistance.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardise our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
We are passionate about finding the right saddle for you and your horse. Michael Burleigh, owner of the Horse Boutique, Master Saddler and Qualified Saddle Fitter will be happy to talk you through the options and try to find the perfect saddle for you. There are so many choices out there it can be hard to settle on the right one that is going to benefit your horse and be right for your budget. Yes, you will receive an order confirmation which will include an invoice with tax separated for your records. You will also receive confirmation when we have processed the payment
