TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The information contained within our website does not imply endorsement nor recommendation by The Horse Boutique, of any product promoted.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to change any advertised price prior to your order being placed.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be advised and given a full refund.

DELIVERY

Delivery is charged at the published rate for the UK mainland only.  Please note that currently we do not ship to addresses outside the UK.

Deliveries will normally be made within 10 working days. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit please retain the item and contact us within 3 days of receipt.  If you have not received delivery of your product, please wait 10 working days from the date of your order before contacting us, in case it has been delayed.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. All online payments will be subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server.  For security purposes, NO card details are retained by The Horse Boutique, but go straight to the bank processing the transaction when you make your purchase. 

Ownership of the goods remains with The Horse Boutique until full payment has been received.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

The Horse Boutique observes the Code of Practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1998.  The Horse Boutique WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us before returning it by one of the following means:

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods and must be returned, unused, in their original condition and packaging. 

Customers are responsible for the entire cost of postage.  Please ensure that all goods are fully insured against loss or damage as we do not compensate for this.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED

If the item is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection and, if necessary, we will forward it on to the manufacturer for testing, before it is repaired or a refund is issued. We will reimburse postage charges for justified claims subject to receipt of the goods in the original packaging and including any accessories. Proof of postage charges incurred will be required. In the event the claim is not accepted, we will advise you of the reason in writing and, if required, the goods will be returned to the customer.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All products are covered by a 12 month guarantee from the date of receipt, provided they are used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose for which it is designed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Please note that due to health and hygiene hazards involved with the inspection of equine and human clothing, and footwear, we regret we are unable to handle any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
